CLARIFICATION TEXT FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF GANTEK TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM ÇÖZÜMLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

Gantek Teknoloji Bilişim Çözümleri Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “Gantek”), acting in the capacity of a data controller, we take utmost care to ensure that personal data associated with potential purchasers of products or services are processed and maintained in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law 6698 (“KVKK”) and secondary regulations (collectively “KVK regulations”).
The purpose of this Clarification Text is to provide information on personal data processing procedures applicable for potential purchasers of products and services offered by the Company.

1. Personal Data Processing, Methods of Collection, Purpose of Processing and Legal Compliance

The personal data listed in Table-1 below (“personal data”) are collected by the Company by automatic and non-automatic means in accordance with KVKK principles and KVK regulations on physical or digital media, verbally or in written for processing for the purposes in Table-1 in a limited and measured manner.

2. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

• 2.1 Domestic Transfer

Personal data listed above are transferred for the purposes of legal compliance and those listed below.

 The Company does not transfer the personal data listed above abroad.

3. Protection, Maintenance & Disposal of Personal Data

Personal data will be processed by the Company for the time justified by the purpose of processing and maintained for the term required by the regulations in any case. Upon expiry of the maintenance term, personal data will be deleted or disposed on digital or physical media or anonymized in accordance with the Company’s Personal Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy, Sensitive Personal Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy and Personal Data Maintenance & Disposal Policyas well as the applicable KVK regulations.   
The Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with the applicable KVK regulations to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, inaccurate processing, disclosure, illegal amendment/deletion and protect and ensure security.
In case of any damage to your personal data and/or access to data by third parties/disclosure resulting from an attack on the Company’s physical archives and/or servers and/or systems, the Company will immediately inform you and the Personal Data Protection Committee.

4. Your Right to Information

As per KVKK Article 11, you are entitled to contact the Company and; (a) learn whether or not your personal data are processed; (b) request information on processing, if any; (c) learn about the purpose of processing and whether or not they have been used accordingly; (ç) learn about local or international parties they have been shared with; (d) request correction in case of erroneous processing; (e) request deletion or disposal as per Article 7 of Law No. 6698; (f) request that the procedures under items (d) and (e) are notified to third parties; (g) object to any negative outcome resulting from analyses by automatic systems and (ğ) request compensation of damages resulting from illegal processing.

5. Your Requests

For your queries or requests regarding the processing of your personal data under this Clarification Text, please contact the Company through kvkk@gantek.com as specified in KVKK Acknowledgment Text section of http://www.gantek.com/.
The Company will respond to your requests within 30 (thirty) days as regulated in Article 13 of KVKK. If the procedure has a cost, the tariff specified by KVK Committee will be applicable. If your request is denied, you will be provided with information on the grounds of denial in the letter of response.
If you think that the personal data processed by the Company are not up to date or are inaccurate and/or erroneous, please contact the Company via kvkk@gantek.com for updates.
This Clarification Text can be revised to comply with changes in regulations or based on changes in general conditions.  Updates are available on http://www.gantek.com/.

I read Gantek Teknoloji Bilişim Çözümleri Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “Gantek”) Clarification Text for Potential Client (“Clarification Text”) and I agree that the personal data I have opted in below can be processed and shared with the selected receiver groups by the Company for the purposes specified in the table and in accordance with the methods and principles set forth in the Clarification Text.
I understand that the open consent I have provided with this Open Consent text can be revoked anytime.

This Open Consent Text was signed by me in two copies and I received 1 (one) signed copy and submitted the other copy to Gantek.
